Collection Of Your Personal Information
When you use the mobile applications published by Pixo through an app store, Pixo may collect, store and process a unique installation identifier, IP addresses and device information (such as mobile operating system or mobile device model), email address, scanned barcode information, photos, location coordinates, and other collectible information. Pixo uses this data to improve our services, provide the services rendered through the mobile applications, and to track the use of our mobile applications.
Some of our web pages utilize “cookies” so that we can better serve you with more tailored information when you visit our site. Cookies are identifiers that a web site can send to your browser to keep on your computer to facilitate your next visit to our site. You can set your browser to notify you when you are sent a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether or not to accept it. The information we collect and analyze is used to improve our service to you. We do not respond to or honor do not track (DNT) privacy preferences that are set in certain web browsers.
Pixo uses third-party service providers to manage payments and credit card processing. Service providers are not permitted to store, retain, or use any billing information except for the sole purpose of processing payments on behalf of Pixo.
Use Of Your Personal Information
Pixo reserves the right to use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Pixo. Pixo also reserves the right to contact you via email, phone calls, and/or surveys to conduct research about your opinion of our websites, mobile applications and other current or future products. Pixo does not sell, rent or lease or provide in any other way its customer lists to third parties. Our app and website include links to other websites whose privacy practices may be different. If you submit personal information to one of these sites, we encourage you to become familiar with their terms and policies.
Pixo may use data and share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Pixo, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
Pixo will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Pixo or the site
- protect and defend the rights or property of Pixo; and,
- act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Pixo, or the public.
Pixo does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website or our mobile applications.
Pixo will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.
You have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of the personal information we collect. You can delete vehicles and their information from the Fleet mobile app from the My Scans page. You can also request for your Fleet account or content from your account to be partially or fully deleted. Please send such requests to email@example.com.
How to Opt Out
Pixo may contact you via email or phone. If available, please use the “unsubscribe” link found at the bottom of the email. Or, let us know! We maintain a “do not contact” list as mandated by law, and process requests as soon as possible, but definitely within 60 days after receipt, or such shorter time as may be required by law.
The Fleet mobile app uses your location to provide geo-specific location of vehicle scans. You may opt-out of location collection by changing the settings on your mobile device, but this will also deactivate the ability to generate a location for scans.

Acceptance Of Terms and Conditions
Except as otherwise set forth herein or agreed to between you and Pixo, these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your use of pixoVIN. By accessing and using pixoVIN, you acknowledge that you have read and unconditionally agree to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Revisions To Terms and Conditions
Please refer to these Terms and Conditions regularly. Pixo reserves the right, at any time, to modify, amend, alter or update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice by updating this posting. Your continued use of the products following posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions signifies that you agree to be bound by such modifications, amendments, alterations or updates.
Ownership and Use
Pixo owns and operates pixoVIN. All information, features, text, graphics, software, and other content (“Materials”) that make up pixoVIN are the property of Pixo. You acknowledge all Materials provided by pixoVIN are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights of Pixo.
You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, reverse engineer, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display pixoVIN or any Materials from pixoVIN without the prior express written permission of Pixo.
You understand and agree that each Fleet subscription is to be used by one unique user only. Multiple users may not use the same login credentials.
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names appearing in pixoVIN are the property of Pixo and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You agree not to defame or disparage Pixo and its trademarks, service marks, and trade names, or any other aspect of pixoVIN. Any use of any of the trademarks, service marks, or trade names appearing throughout pixoVIN without the express written consent of Pixo is strictly prohibited.
In using pixoVIN, you further agree you will: (1) not hold yourself out as in any way sponsored by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Pixo or pixoVIN, and (2) not access, copy, or download portions of pixoVIN that are not intended for the public, including, but not limited to, any software and programs used in connection with pixoVIN and the Materials.
Fleet does not charge by the number of scans conducted, however, the product is built to handle no more than 500 scans per subscription per day. If larger volumes of daily scans are anticipated or required, please contact pixoVIN as we will need to subscribe you to larger cloud storage.
pixoVIN is intended for use by individuals 13 years of age or older. Users under the age of 13 must have the assistance and permission of a parent or guardian to use pixoVIN.
Products and Pricing
All pixoVIN products and services sold are subject to the then current version of Pixo’s standard terms of sale unless otherwise agreed by Pixo. You agree that the prices, configurations and availability of pixoVIN may be subject to change by Pixo at any time.
PIXOVIN AND THE MATERIALS IT CONTAINS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS, AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, PIXO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER ARISING BY LAW, CUSTOM, PRIOR ORAL OR WRITTEN STATEMENTS BY PIXO, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. PIXO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT PIXOVIN OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU (AND NOT PIXO) ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION.
PIXO MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING (1) THE CURRENCY, CORRECTNESS, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, SUITABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR OPERATION OF PIXOVIN AND THE MATERIALS; (2) YOUR USE OF THE PIXOVIN OR MATERIALS; OR (3) ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES YOU MAY OBTAIN OR ANY THIRD-PARTY WEB SITE YOU MAY ACCESS THROUGH PIXOVIN.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT WILL PIXO, ITS SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS, THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES AND EACH OF THEM BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR UNFORESEEABLE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR OR ANY THIRD PARTY’S CLAIMS (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, RELIANCE ON OR THE USE OF, DELAY IN BEING ABLE TO USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, PIXOVIN, THE MATERIALS IT PROVIDES, OR ANY OTHER HYPERLINKED WEB SITE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES) REGARDLESS OF LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF PIXO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
To cancel your subscription through the App Store with an iOS device, take the following steps:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap on your photo/name > iTunes & App Store.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
- Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
- Tap Subscriptions (it will be listed under Personalized Recommendations).
- Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
- You can tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

To cancel your subscription through Google Play with an Android device, take the following steps:
- Open the Google Play store app.
- Tap Menu > Account > Subscriptions.
- Find the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

To cancel your subscription through Stripe, take the following steps:
- Open the Fleet app.
- Tap Account > About the Fleet subscription.
- Click the “Cancel my subscription” button. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
Termination of Access
In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies for misuse, Pixo may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate the Agreement or revoke any or all of your rights granted under this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of pixoVIN and Pixo shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of pixoVIN in whole or in part. Any termination of this Agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination.
